A visualization is a strong tool for illustrating a clearer picture in our minds of our intended goals and intentions. These images can be made by concentrating our five senses in a still state and repeating the process as many times as feasible during the day. This activity should be done at least twice a day for five minutes each time.

In visualization, we must conjure up an image in the minds of the desired aspiration that we truly want to manifest. Now we must imagine the images relevant to our intended purpose for around five minutes each day, avoiding any distractions and beguilements. Do this at least twice a day, in the morning after waking up and at night before going to bed, it will just take 10 or less than 10 minutes to complete the process. Therefore, it is the right time to provide the mind instructions so that it can process only those instructions and produce the appropriate effects.

The next critical step in achieving the goal is to keep one's mental state in good shape. It is quite difficult to stay away from past and future movements. But, it can be handled through shifting our thoughts from there and making the endeavor to focus on our present moves or the goals which we want to accomplish in our future.

Daily affirmation approach twice a day for one month would be the best solution to maintaining the state of mind as it becomes a natural part of our thinking process.
